Pharr is on the brink of announcing a massive, 700,000 square-foot warehouse, the largest in the region. The project represents a significant milestone for Pharr’s economic development efforts, signaling growth and expansion in the logistics and warehousing sector.
According to Pharr EDC President, Victor Perez, the warehouse is part of a number of projects coming to Pharr that together will provide a million square feet in facilities. Perez also noted that Pharr’s rich quality of life will continue to attract investors and their families, allowing the city to grow. The development is poised to create job opportunities and drive further investment in the region, reinforcing Pharr’s position as a thriving hub for industrial and commercial activity.
